We keep these on hand on a regular basis and take them at the first sign of any respiratory illness. We go on a lot of cruises and I used to get really sick every single time...not anymore. At the first sign of illness I take 3-5 pills, 3 times a day and the illness is eliminated.

First sign of feeling any sense of sinus issues or worry about boosting my immune system I take regular doses for few days and no bad symptoms. I am a big man so I take 4 or 5 even though they recommend a dose of 3. I think the recommended dose is for smaller people, not 6'1" and 220lb.
